As the kite halyard is tripped and the
kite starts to drop head up to keep the speed on and balance
the loss of power.
If necessary crouch in on the wire to
keep the boat flat.
Crew
Drop the kite from the block at the back
of the kite sock.
Pull the kite down using much the same
technique as you did in the hoist.
