Move out on the wire smoothly, sheeting in the main as you go.

Focus on steering to the correct angle to accelerate the boat.

Slide your hand along the tiller extension as you push out onto the wire.

Crew

As the kite fills release the sheet until the kite is flying perfectly.

Start to balance the boat by moving onto the wire. You want to keep a little leeward heel to help the turn so don’t over do it.
