Key points:

• Steer to keep the boat flat
• Get yourselves fully out on the wires, the crew slightly lower than the helm
• Trim both sails accurately to accelerate the boat
  
  

Helm

Steer to flatten the boat once the turn is completed and both of you are on the wires.

Crew

Once fully extended on the wire adjust your height on the wire so you are just below the helm.

This allows the helm to see over the top of you.
