Duck and cross the boat as the boom comes over.

Drop the trapeze handle and mainsheet at the last second. Pick the mainsheet up from the bottom of the boat near the jammer as you would in a tack.

Start to swap your hands behind your back on the tiller

Duck and move to the new windward side pulling the kite sheet in fast.
