Once the kite is through and the crew is ready to hit the wire increase the speed of the turn. Use the rudder if necessary to speed up or slow down the turn.

Swap your mainsheet to your front hand.

Focus on the trapeze wire ring to be able to grab it with your front hand and clip on.

Crew

Hook onto the trapeze ring with your front hand.

Since your wires are likely to be set long for downwind you will probably have to hold tension into the wire to keep the hook from falling off. This can be done by pulling the wire to one side.
