As the crew jumps into the boat continue
the bear away.
Grab the trapeze handle with the mainsheet
hand. Then lift yourself up so the trapeze ring becomes
unhooked.
This is different to a normal bear away
where you are trying to crouch but stay on the wire.

Cleat the jib sheet in about the right
place for the downwind leg.
After the bear away jump into the boat
and start the hoist straight away.
