Swap the tiller hand over as you would
in a normal gybe and hook on.
Balance the boat by steering until the
crew has finished the hoist and picked up the kite sheet.
Crew
As you finish the hoist pick up the kite
sheet. Make sure you pick up the right one. Remember you
have gybed!
Move to the windward side taking the kite
sheet with you. Focus on the trapeze ring ready to hook
on.
