Pick up the mainsheet with your forward hand.

Put your weight on the wire and start to push over the side of the boat.

Focus on the jib and steering.

Crew

Hold onto the trapeze handle with a straight arm and attempt to keep your body as straight as possible.

Cleat the jib sheet just slightly eased.
