Slide your hand down the tiller extension
as you move into the boat.
Let go of the trapeze handle and the mainsheet.
Crouch as you step into the boat so you
duck under the boom!
Focus on the mainsheet by the centre jammer
which you are going to pick up next.
Crew
Begin to cross the boat and crouch to
duck under the boom! Hold the trapeze handle for as long
as possible to help steady yourself.
You should still be holding the
jib sheet but the tension should be off now allowing the
jib to tack easier.
