Sit down on the rack. Keep the mainsheet
and tiller extension in your back hand.
Focus on the trapeze ring and grabbing
it with your front hand.
Notice the mainsail is still well eased.
This stops the boat heading back up again and stalling.
Crew
As the power comes on jump out on the
wire holding onto the handle. It’s important that
this is done fast so as to stop the boat heeling too much.
Remember not to drop the jib sheet as
you move onto the wire.
